Return Policy: Please note, we do not offer returns.

In case there is any damage or defect, you must have an opening video of the parcel in order to have any claims. We will initiate with the exchange once we verify the claim with the proper and clear video.

Refund Policy: In case you have requested the claim of any damaged or defective product, we will initiate with the exchange.

Replacement & Exchange: You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order If there is any damage, defect or loss of package.
